Icon commission TOS

(This will be redone shortly to be nicer looking. And before anyone asks, that’s a copepod drawing a unicorn, yes.)

Process:

 COMMISSIONS ARE CURRENTLY ON INQUIRY ONLY - that means I don't announce them, but feel free to ask, and I'll let you know if I have time

If there’s still room/I can work with your character or idea, I’ll accept, and ask for payment up front. At this point please note me to get my paypal.

Once I have finished all commissions in a batch, I’ll upload them all, and send each commissioner a note with a link.

Please note that if you want a specific type of icon you need to tell me ahead of time, or I'll assume you're okay with anything I come up with. A Refund will not be issued if I guess wrong. 


Terms:

Only the commissioner may use the icon.

The icon must not be recolored, otherwise edited or redistributed without permission from both me and the commissioner.

I must be credited as the maker of the icon in the user’s ID or signature.

I retain all legal rights to the icon itself.

I retain the right to refuse a commission at any time for any reason.



Payment:

Current guiding price for a 50x50 pixeled icon with a simple or no animation is 10USD or 1000points

A recolor of one of my free 50x50 pixeled icons with a simple orno animation is 5-7USD or 500-700 points

Payment goes over paypal. (or very rarely as goods on steam)

I take DKKr, USD or euro or points.

If you are under 18 you'll need to get someone over 18 who can be held legally responsible for transferring the money through paypal. You do not need to be over 18 to pay in points.
